The 11th Dubai Food Festival starts on April 19 in Dubai and will last until May 12, 2024. The gastronomic festival will showcase all the culinary diversity of the emirate - from haute cuisine to rare culinary finds, from national Emirati dishes and street food to famous restaurants with Michelin stars. Guests and residents of the city will enjoy exciting culinary excursions, master classes by famous chefs, exclusive holiday menus in restaurants and many other events. The festival will be a real discovery for gourmets and will highlight the significant contribution of chefs, innovators and virtuosos of taste to the development and improvement of the city's culinary scene.

Organized by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Authority (DFRE), this year's festival will feature both established favorites such as Dubai Restaurant Week, Foodie Experiences, e&Beach Canteen and Dh10 Meals, as well as new initiatives such as: including "Chef's Menu" and Gault&Millau's "Culinary Innovators" event.

“The 11th Food Festival will showcase the best of Dubai's food scene at affordable prices and showcase the talents of local chefs, enhancing Dubai's reputation as a global food destination. As part of one of the key and already beloved events of the Dubai Restaurant Week festival, more than 60 popular restaurants in the city will offer specially designed menus at attractive prices. Visitors will have the opportunity to try a variety of dishes, from classics to signature cuisine, for which Dubai is famous. Some establishments will offer two-course lunches for Dh125 and three-course dinners for Dh250 per person.

From April 19 to May 5, Dubai's popular e& Beach Canteen pop-up will be open to visitors on Jumeirah Beach next to Sunset Mall. Here you can learn more about the world's culinary traditions and the art of cooking, as well as the contributions of chefs and small businesses to promoting healthy eating. Guests will be able to enjoy a wide gastronomic assortment at talabat Food Plaza, Bites by the Beach and Beach BBQ. In addition, guests will find an extensive entertainment program, dishes for 10 dirhams, a beach roller skating rink Emcan (Emarat) and Roll Dxb, an open-air Ripe Market, a “culinary theater”, master classes for families, fitness training and many other activities.

Another highlight of the Dubai Food Festival will be the Foodie Experiences event, featuring the best chefs and gastronomic experts in Dubai. Guests will enjoy master classes, Chef's Tables events and iconic collaborations. This year, Dubai will introduce a new four-handed dining concept, where local and invited international chefs will collaborate to create unique gastronomic masterpieces.

During the first week of the festival, from April 19 to 26, guests will be able to taste the exquisite dishes of famous chefs. At the Asil restaurant, they will be offered a four-handed dinner, featuring Greek and Arabic cuisine, as well as gourmet pizza from Bussola Pizzeria and Davide Civitiello. At Raia Restaurant & Lounge, guests will enjoy an eight-course dinner of Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine from chefs Sonu Koitara and Greg Maloof. Alici serves the best caviar, and Tuscan bistros Belcanto and Il Borro – tasting menu with wine accompaniment. Pastry shop Josette will host a baking master class, and Chef Kiki will host an eight-course secret menu lunch with mushrooms and South American flavors at the Seva Table restaurant. 25H Hotel will also host a series of culinary collaborations featuring Kuv Chef Andrea and Esteban. They will present experimental Latin fusion cuisine, as well as an exquisite combination of French, Italian and Greek cuisine from chefs Nathan and Emanuele. From May 1 to May 12, festival guests will enjoy an exciting culinary journey as part of the new Chef’s Menu program. The best restaurants will present exclusive menus, each of which includes at least five iconic dishes. What makes this event unique is its interactivity: visitors will be able to interact directly with renowned chefs and learn about what inspires them and how they create their masterpieces.

It will feature 12 famous chefs, including Gregoire Berger, Himanshu Saini, Jason Atherton, Mohamad and Wassim Orfali, Takashi Namekata and Hisao Ueda and others.
