From April 3 to April 6, 2025, Art Paris, the leading spring event for modern and contemporary art, will make a powerful return to the newly renovated Grand Palais. This year’s edition welcomes 170 exhibitors from 25 countries, an increase of 34 participants compared to 2024. The event features an ambitious program enriched with thematic platforms, exhibitions, awards, and conferences, as well as an exclusive VIP program of 31 special events across Parisian institutions dedicated to collectors and art professionals.

A Cosmopolitan and Regional Fair

The 2025 selection reflects Art Paris’ DNA as both a regional and international fair focused on discovery. With 60% of exhibitors from France and 40% from abroad, including 36% newcomers, Art Paris highlights the diverse ecosystem of French galleries. From leading modern and contemporary art galleries to regional spaces and emerging artists, the fair fosters artistic exploration. This year, prestigious galleries such as Mennour, Semiose, and Christian Berst join established names like Continua, Lelong, and Templon.

Key Themes and Curated Exhibitions

Two major themes will be highlighted in 2025:

• "Immortelle: A Look at Figurative Painting in France”, curated by Amélie Adamo and Numa Hambursin, explores the continuity of figurative painting across generations in France, independent of artistic trends.
• "Hors Limites”, curated by Simon Lamunière, presents contemporary art through the lens of hybridity, cultural fusion, and historical dialogue with a selection of 18 international artists.

Promoting Young Talent

The "Promesses" sector, dedicated to emerging galleries, expands in 2025 under the supervision of Marc Donnadieu. It features 25 galleries under 10 years old, with 17 participating for the first time. 59% of the galleries come from countries such as South Africa, Belgium, Canada, China, Kuwait, and Italy.

• The BNP Paribas Banque Privée Prize awards €40,000 to a distinguished French artist.
• The new Her Art Prize, initiated by Marie Claire and Boucheron, supports female artists, awarding €30,000 to the winner along with a global promotional campaign.
