The Ballet Globe International Dance Festival will end its season with a grand event this summer! On June 29, world ballet stars will visit Kazakhstan and present residents and guests of Almaty with more than 20 bright and bold productions on the big stage of the Almaty Theatre. This is not the first time that the project of the same name amazes the Almaty audience with its sensuality and extraordinary presentation of thought and philosophy through dance performance; and this time the evening program includes world stars of ballet and modern dance Valeria Titova and Irina Kolesnikova, Claudio Condzialosi, Misako Kato, Morgan Lugo, Nelson Hero (Royal Ballet of Flanders), Julian McKay (Bavarian State Ballet) and Donnie Duncan (Netherlands Theater dance) with a new program of modern choreography, and Jesse Calaiart and Michaela Kelly will present the dance number “Exposure” from “Walk the Demon” choreographed by Marco Goecke.

Одноименный проект уже не первый раз поражает алматинского зрителя своей чувственностью и не ординарной подачей мысли и философии через танцевальное исполнение; и в этот раз в программе вечера заявлены мировые звезды балета и современного танца Валерия Титова и Ирина Колесникова, Клаудио Конджиалоси, Мисако Като, Морган Луго, Нельсон Хиро (Королевский балет Фландрии), Джулиан МакКей (Баварский государственный балет) и Донни Дункан (Нидерландский театр танца) с новой программой современной хореографии, а Джесси Калаярт и Микаэла Келли представят танцевальный номер “Выдержка” из "Walk the Demon ”в хореографии Марко Гёке.
A surprise awaits the audience in the program of the Ballet Globe dance festival. Stars of the Royal Ballet of Flanders Claudio Congialosi and Misako Kato have specially prepared two new works, which will premiere in Almaty. “Siren” will talk about the fragility of human life and the cruelty of the modern world, “Encounter” will show the importance of meeting a loved one and talk about self-acceptance.

Звезды Королевского балета Фландрии Клаудио Конджиалоси и Мисако Като специально подготовили две новые работы, премьера которых состоится в Алматы. “Siren” (Сирена) расскажет о хрупкости человеческой жизни и жестокости современного мира, “Encounter” (Встреча) покажет важность встречи с любимым человеком и порассуждает о принятии себя.
The founder of the Ballet Globe dance festival, Erlan Andagulov, emphasizes the importance of modern dance: “Contemporary is not just a dance, it is an expression of feelings, emotions, a whole life on stage. The artists speak to the audience in the language of dance, and everyone will discover a unique piece of art, plunging into a boundless world. This cannot be put into words; it must be experienced. We have gathered the best artists from all over the world so that they share their stories with art lovers in Almaty. I invite everyone to the unique dance festival Ballet Globe, which will be held as part of Kazakhstan’s chairmanship of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.”
