The organizing committee revealed the details of the scandal with the ex-owner of the title «Miss Universe Kazakhstan-2022» Diana Tashimbetova and put an end to this issue

Организационный комитет раскрыл детали скандала с экс-обладательницей титула «Мисс Вселенная Казахстан-2022» Дианой Ташимбетовой и поставил точку над эти вопросом

On April 17 at 13:00 at the address: Almaty, Almaty Towers business center, SmArt.Point coworking space, 2nd floor, Freedom conference hall, a press conference was held by the organizing committee of the Miss Kazakhstan national beauty contest, at which the reasons for disqualification were discussed in detail former owner of the title "Miss Kazakhstan - 2022" Diana Tashimbetova and told at what stage both sides of the conflict are now.

Алматы, БЦ Almaty Towers, коворкинг пространство SmArt.Point, 2 этаж, конференц-зал Freedom прошла пресс-конференция организационного комитета национального конкурса красоты «Мисс Казахстан», на которой детально обсудили причины дисквалификации бывшей обладательницы титула «Мисс  Казахстан - 2022» Дианы Ташимбетовой и рассказали, на каком этапе сейчас находятся обе стороны конфликта.

After the final, which took place on November 18, 2022, the Organizing Committee almost immediately - on November 24, 2022, receives an official letter from the Miss Universe beauty pageant that the pageant will be held on January 14, 2023.

Прежде чем рассказать суть скандала, хотим рассказать обо всех этапах работы, которая была проделана с Д.Ташимбетовой. Организационный комитет после проведения финала, который прошел 18.11.2022 года практический сразу же – 24.11.2022 года получает официальное письмо от конкурса красоты «Мисс Вселенная» о том, что конкурс будет проводиться 14 января 2023 года. 

“On November 25, the organizing committee was convened and discussed the possibility of sending this year's winner. And it was decided to talk to the participant and offer to go to the Miss Universe beauty contest not this year, but next year 2024 due to lack of time for preparation and funding. On the same day, we talked with D.Tashimbetova and her mother, which was refused and they also offered to take sponsorship. To which we agreed and began to prepare it. But, after 2-3 days, her mother came to the office and announced that she could not take over everything and demanded at least 50% funding from us. Further, more than one meeting and negotiations were held, which did not lead to a positive result, ”Katrin Bezverkhova, director of the Miss Kazakhstan beauty pageant, said at a press conference.

 «25 ноября был созван организационный комитет и обсуждали возможность отправки победительницы этого года. И было решено поговорить с участницей и предложить поехать на конкурс красоты «Мисс Вселенная» не в этом году, а в следующем 2024 году в связи с отсутствием времени на подготовку и финансирования. В этот же день поговорили с Д.Ташимбетовой и ее мамой, на что получили отказ, и они же предложили взять спонсирования на себя. На что мы согласились и начали ее готовить. Но, через 2-3 дня в офис пришла ее мама и объявила о том, что не может все взять на себя и требует от нас финансирования хотя бы 50%. Дальше было проведено ни одно совещание и переговоры, которые не привели в позитивному результату»,- рассказала на пресс-конференции директор конкурса красоты «Мисс Казахстан» Катрин Безверхова. 

On December 6, 2022, the organizing committee of "Miss Kazakhstan" decided that the winner of "Miss Universe Kazakhstan-2022" Diana Tashimbetova will not go to the world contest "Miss Universe - 2023" this year due to lack of time for preparation and due to with a lack of funding. D.Tashimbetova informed about this on December 6th.

6 декабря 2022 года организационный комитет «Мисс Казахстан» принял решение о том, что победительница «Мисс Вселенная Казахстан-2022» Диана Ташимбетова не поедет в этом году на мировой конкурс «Мисс Вселенная – 2023» в связи с нехваткой времени на подготовку и в связи с отсутствием финансирования. Об этом 6 декабря же было сообщено Д.Ташимбетовой. 

On November 26, 2022, Diana and her family are leaving for the United States. And on November 29 at 00:00 Astana time, she broadcasts live on Instagram, during which she throws mud at the entire organizing committee of the competition. The girl also states that she was obliged to be at the after-party, which was hosted by the guest star Svetlana Loboda, and was seated next to adult men.

26 ноября 2022 года Диана вместе с семьей уезжает в США. А 29 ноября в 00:00 по времени Астаны она проводит прямой эфир в Instagram, во время которого поливает грязью весь организационный комитет конкурса. Девушка также заявляет, что ее обязали быть на афтепати, которую устраивала приглашенная звезда Светлана Лобода, и посадили рядом со взрослыми мужчинами. 

“We would like to note that Miss Kazakhstan were invited to the concert and after-party of Loboda as guests. And the participants of the TOP 12 final received a prize as a ticket to the concert and to the after-party of Loboda. But, as it was said in the Astarly Akikat program, no one forced them to go there. Of the 12 participants, only 8 girls went to the after-party. The rest voluntarily refused and did not go. Yes, we sent our casting manager as an escort. She sat with them all evening and after the event accompanied them to the hotel. As D.Tashimbetova says, supposedly we organized this evening for acquaintances with adult men is not a reality. This is an open slander. We would like to note that this evening the restaurant was open and the party was not closed. Both Loboda's guests and her partners and guests of the restaurant could sit there. And the organizers of the beauty contest "Miss Kazakhstan" do not take responsibility for the behavior of the guests of the restaurant. And the most surprising, except for D. Tashimbetova, none of the participants present confirmed this fact, ”said Katrin Bezverkhova, director of the competition.

«Хотим отметить, что на концерт и на афтепати Лободы «Мисс Казахстан» были приглашены как гости. А участинцы финала ТОП 12 получили приз в качестве билета на концерт и на афтепати Лободы. Но, как говорилось в программе «Астарлы ақиқат» их туда пойти никто не принуждал. Из 12 участниц на афтепати пошли только 8 девушек. Остальные добровольно отказались и не пошли. Да, мы с ними в сопровождение отправили нашего кастинг менеджера. Она с ними сидела весь вечер и после мероприятия сопроводила их до отеля. Как говорит Д.Ташимбетова, якобы мы организовали этот вечер для знакомств с взрослыми мужчинами, не является действительностью. Это открытого рода клевета. Хотим отметить, что в этот вечер ресторан был открыт, и вечеринка была не закрытого типа. Там могли сидеть как гости Лободы, так и ее партнеры и гости ресторана. И организаторы конкурса красоты «Мисс Казахстан» не берут на себя ответственность за поведение гостей ресторана. И самое удивидельное, кроме Д.Ташимбетовой этот факт никто из присутствующих участниц не подтвердил», - отметила директор конкурса Катрин Безверхова. 

Since everything said in the TV program is not true, the organizing committee made the final decision.

Так как все сказанное в программе является неправдой, организационный комитет принял окончательное решение. 

On December 30, 2022, the organizing committee of the contest deprived Diana Tashimbetova of the title "Miss Universe Kazakhstan-2022", based on the points of the main and primary document "Rules for the Contest". Clause 12.1 of Article 12 "Grounds for disqualification" of this document states that "The Organizing Committee reserves the right to exclude from the number of Contestants the participants who provided false information (or did not provide additional information and documents to confirm them), do not comply with the schedule of the Competition events, violate rules and regulations of the documents regulating the procedure for holding the Contest, discrediting the title of the Contest participant by their actions, non-fulfillment of the preparation program for the Contest, violation of the terms of the contract, and also, if the Competitor commits other violations that impede the proper conduct of the Contest.

30 декабря 2022 года организационный комитет конкурса лишил Диану Ташимбетову титула «Мисс Вселенная Казахстан-2022», опираясь на пункты основного и первостепенного документа «Правила проведения конкурса». Пункт 12.1 Статьи 12 «Основания для дисквалификации» данного документа гласит, что «Организационный  комитет оставляет за собой право исключить из числа Конкурсанток участниц, предоставивших недостоверные сведения (или не предоставившие дополнительную информацию и документы для их подтверждения), не выполняющих распорядок мероприятий Конкурса, нарушающих правила и положения документов, регламентирующих порядок проведения Конкурса, дискредитирующих своими поступками звание участницы Конкурса, невыполнения программы подготовки к Конкурсу, нарушения условий договора, а также, в случае допущения Конкурсанткой иных нарушений, препятствующих надлежащему проведению Конкурса». 

According to clause 12.2 of the same contract, the decision to disqualify is final and cannot be revised.

Согласно пункту 12.2 того же договора, решение о дисквалификации является окончательным и не может быть пересмотрено. 

On February 6, 2023, Diana Tashimbetova and her mother Karlygash Tashimbetova appear as guests in the program “Astarly aqiqat” on the KTK TV channel, which aired on February 15-16, where, together with the musical performer Zhan Akhmadiyev, they deliberately slander the organizing committee of the competition and defame him reputation.

6 февраля 2023 года Диана Ташимбетова и ее мама Карлыгаш Ташимбетова появляются в качестве гостей в программе «Астарлы ақиқат» на телеканале КТК, который вышел в эфтр 15-16 февраля, где вместе с музыкальным исполнителем Жаном Ахмадиевым умышленно клевещут на организационный комитет конкурса и порочат его репутацию.

According to the directorate of "Miss Kazakhstan", on the program they "together with the musical performer Zhan Akhmadiyev deliberately slander the organizing committee." In this regard, it was decided to file a lawsuit against Akhmadiyev, the finalist and the girl's mother. However, the final decision regarding the claim, the lawyers say, will be made after a philological examination.

По мнению дирекции "Мисс Казахстан", на передаче они "вместе с музыкальным исполнителем Жаном Ахмадиевым умышленно клевещут на организационный комитет". В связи с этим решено было подать иск в суд на Ахмадиева, финалистку и маму девушки. Однако окончательно решение касательно иска, как говорят адвокаты, будет принято после проведения филологической экспертизы.

"We handed over all the materials to the experts, an examination is being carried out to determine whether there is information discrediting the honor and reputation in the statements of certain individuals. A legal assessment will be given, a lawsuit will be prepared and sent to court," said the competition's lawyer Gaukhar Salimbay.

"Мы передали все материалы экспертам, проводится экспертиза на предмет того, имеются ли в высказываниях определенных лиц сведения, порочащие честь и репутацию. Будет дана правовая оценка, будет подготовлен иск и направлен в суд", - заявила адвокат конкурса Гаухар Салимбай.
