The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort  has given fitness and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts the opportunity to take part in a unique sports event, Revitalize & Rise: Fitness Fusion Experience, led by international kickboxing expert and world champion Rico Verhoeven.

Rico Verhoeven gave guests a special group training session on Alba Beach. The world heavyweight kickboxing champion shared valuable tips and techniques for promoting health and improving physical well-being against the backdrop of the luxurious views of the resort and the island's nature.

The St. Resort Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort opened in November 2016 on a private island located in the secluded Dhaalu Atoll of the Maldives, which is a 40-minute seaplane flight from Male International Airport.

The resort was designed by Singaporean architectural firm WOW Architects | Warner Wong Design. When creating the project, the architects drew inspiration from the unsurpassed natural beauty of the Maldives, striving not only to highlight the splendor of the island landscape, but also to achieve a harmonious addition to it. The uniqueness of the project is evident in the details: the water villas resemble the shape of a manta ray, the bar is designed in the style of a whale shark, the spa is shaped like a lobster, and the library design is inspired by a spiral shell.

Уникальность проекта проявляется в деталях: водные виллы напоминают форму мант, бар оформлен в стиле китовой акулы, спа-центр получил очертания лобстера, а дизайн библиотеки вдохновлен спиральной раковиной.

There are seven restaurants on site, two of which specialize in Asian cuisine. They offer delicious oriental and Japanese cuisine in the Kaiseki style. There is also an international restaurant serving Pan-Asian and Western dishes. The wine cellar will surprise even the most sophisticated wine connoisseurs. There is a chalet-style restaurant and over-the-water bar offering magnificent views of the spectacular Maldivian sunsets. In the interior of the island, surrounded by a tropical garden, there is a restaurant serving Middle Eastern cuisine. Guests can also enjoy the Iridium Spa. It offers six treatment rooms located over the water. Two of them specialize in the Ayurvedic treatment system. In addition, at the spa, guests can swim in the Blue Hole seawater pool and enjoy the massage effect of the jets, which have a beneficial healing effect and improve well-being.

На территории отеля работают семь ресторанов, два из которых специализируются на кухне Азии. Они предлагают гостям изысканные блюда восточной и японской кухни в стиле Кайсеки. Также есть ресторан международной кухни, где подают блюда паназиатской и западной кухни. Винный погреб удивит даже самых искушенных ценителей вина. Есть ресторан в стиле шале и бар над водой, откуда открывается великолепный вид на захватывающие мальдивские закаты. В глубине острова в окружении тропического сада находится ресторан ближневосточной кухни. Помимо этого, для гостей открыт спа-салон Iridium Spa. Он предлагает шесть процедурных кабинетов, расположенных над водой. Два из них специализируются на системе лечебной аюрведы. Кроме того, в спа-центре гости могут поплавать в бассейне Blue Hole с морской водой и насладиться массажным эффектом струй, которые имеют благоприятный оздоровительный эффект и улучшают самочувствие.
