Hotel Passalacqua invites you to celebrate Christmas on Lake Como! Passalacqua is a new chamber resort on Lake Como, which opened its doors this summer. This historic estate has been carefully restored and converted by the de Santis family, owners of the iconic Grand Hotel Tremezzo, into a secluded 24-room hotel. The interior design is luxurious in every detail: from antique stucco on the ceilings and handmade Murano glass chandeliers by the Venetian company Barovier & Toso to bed linen by Beltrami. The Passalacqua grounds feature seven acres of lush gardens with 15 fountains and eight terraces overlooking Lake Como. The hotel is open until January 2nd. The “Natale a Como” festival will be responsible for the Christmas atmosphere here, thanks to a series of festive events and Christmas markets. The facades of buildings in the city center and the shore of the lake will be illuminated by the bright light of the Como Magic Light Festival. Passalacqua's florist is always available to help create holiday decorations from freshly picked flowers from the garden, while General Manager Silvio will lead a workshop on making Christmas wreaths and Christmas decorations.
