Более 100 казахстанских авторов представят свои работы на Comic Con Astana

Among the participants of the festival is a well-known dubbing studio into the Kazakh language.

From July 25 to 28, the Alley's authors will again work at the Comic Con festival in Astana - works of talented artists, book and comic book authors, illustrators and representatives of other creative industries.

С 25 по 28 июля на фестивале Comic Con Astana вновь будет работать Аллея авторов – выставка работ талантливых художников, авторов книг и комиксов, иллюстраторов и ряда других представителей креативной индустрии. 

Traditionally, on this platform it will be possible to transfer paraphernalia, anime, comics, books, handicrafts or unusual goods. The participation of both recognized creators, in their works that have already won the hearts of fans, and bright debutants is expected.

Традиционно на данной площадке можно будет приобрести специальную атрибутику, аниме, комиксы, книги, изделия ручной работы или необычные товары. Ожидается участие как признанных творцов, чьи работы уже завоевали сердца множества поклонников, так и ярких дебютантов. 

In total, more than 100 authors took part in the work of the Alley. Among them is comics artist and storyboard artist Alibek Kozhageldiev, who represents the popular work “We are not superheroes” on the list. The comic tells the story of two fifth-graders who accidentally received superpowers. This playful and touching story about friendship and love will be presented for the first time in the Kazakh language at Comic Con Astana 2024.

В общей сложности, в работе Аллеи примут участие более 100 авторов. В их числе – комиксист и художник-раскадровщик Алибек Кожагельдиев, который представит на фестивале популярную работу «Мы не супергерои». Комикс рассказывает историю двух пятиклассников, случайно получивших сверхспособности. Эта задорная и трогательная история о дружбе и любви впервые будет представлена на казахском языке именно на Comic Con Astana-2024. 

In addition, Alibek will present a new comic book “Another Makta Kyz”, a free interpretation of the Kazakh folk tale “Makta Kyz ben Mysyk”. In Alibek's version, the Kazakh semi-mythical setting mixes magic and customs of the people, and is seasoned with light humor. Readers meet the girl Erke and her younger brother Kahar, who embark on exciting and dangerous adventures to save Kahar from an ancient spell.

Кроме того, Алибек презентует новый комикс «Другая Мақта Қыз», вольную интерпретацию казахской народной сказки «Мақта қыз бен Мысық». В версии Алибека казахский полумифический сеттинг совмещает магию и обычаи народа, и приправлен легким юмором. Читатели познакомятся с девочкой Ерке и её младшим братом Кахаром, которые отправляются в захватывающие и опасные приключения, чтобы спасти Кахара от древнего заклятия.

Previously, Alibek worked on storyboards for such films as “KASH” by Aisultan Seitov, “Locked Up” by Olzhas Bayalbaev, “The Master’s Story” by Nursultan Dzhumabekov and the not yet released “Captain Baytasov” by Dauren Kamshibaev, “Sasyk” by Erden Telemisov and others.

Another familiar air lamp will be Rinat Akhmediyar, also known under the pseudonym Eri Kunsai, a mangaka artist from Uralsk and founder of Kunsai Studio. Rinat presents his works Besqonaq and “Child of the Ocean”. The main character of the comic Beskonak is a slave named Kaysar, who lost his memory in 1219 in the Kipchak Khanate. His life changes after a tragedy in the village, and he sets off on a journey full of mythical creatures and mysteries of the past.

Еще одним знакомым аудитории участником станет Ринат Ахмедияр, также известный под псевдонимом Eri Kunsai, художник-мангака из Уральска и основатель Kunsai Studio. Ринат представит свои работы Besqonaq и «Дитя океана». Главный герой комикса Besqonaq  - раб по имени Қайсар, потерявший память в 1219 году в Кыпчакском ханстве. Его жизнь  меняется после трагедии в ауле, и он отправляется в путешествие, полное мифических существ и загадок прошлого.

The synopsis of the comic “Ocean Child” looks even more mysterious: “A child born in the fluctuations of the sea wave, remains for many years in a single object of the boundless ocean. It is clear that he decided to spend his modest life in the abodes of the ocean surf, until one day a certain familiar silhouette appeared on the horizon.”

Синопсис комикса «Дитя океана» выглядит еще более загадочным: «Дитя, рождённое в флуктуациях морских волн, долгие годы пребывало в одиночестве посреди безграничного океана. Казалось, ему суждено провести свой скромный век в обители океанических прибоев, пока однажды на горизонте не появился некий знакомый силуэт».

One of the participants in the Alley of Authors at Comic Con Astana 2023, famous public figure Galym Baytuk, also shared relevant news: his author’s comic book SHOKAN has been released at a new level and will be adapted into an animated format. The television and radio corporation "RTRK" Kazakhstan" became interested in his project and right now the process of creating a cartoon is underway with the alternate title "Shokan. Travel to Kashgaria". The animated series will be available to watch on the children's TV channel Balapan this winter.

Один из участников Аллеи авторов Comic Con Astana-2023, известный общественный деятель Галым Байтук, также поделился актуальной новостью: его авторский комикс SHOKAN вышел на новый уровень и будет адаптирован в мультипликационном формате. Его проектом заинтересовалась телерадиокорпорация «РТРК «Казахстан» и прямо сейчас идёт процесс создания мультфильма с рабочим названием «Шокан. Путешествие в Кашгарию». Анимационный сериал уже зимой можно будет увидеть на детском телеканале Balapan. 

Let us remind you that Galym Baytuk presented his comics about Shokan Ualikhanov at the Comic Con Astana 2023 competition and received positive feedback from experts and festival participants. The goal of the Comics is to create a new unique hero from Central Asia who can become part of the global comics and film industry.

In addition to the above-mentioned authors, Magira Tleuberdina (an artist also known under the pseudonym Magnificum) will again take part, who will present all issues of the comic book “Mergen” to the festival participants for the first time. A comic based on Kazakh fairy tales and legends, it tells the story of a great warrior named Mergen, who, having returned from the war, is looking for a quiet life, but must soon return to battle, protecting the people from supernatural enemies.

Помимо вышеозначенных авторов, в фестивале вновь примет участие Магира Тлеубердина (художница, также известная под ником Magnificum), которая впервые представит участникам фестиваля сборник всех выпусков комикса «Мерген». Комикс основан на казахских сказках и легендах, он повествует о великом батыре по имени Мерген, который, вернувшись с войны, ищет спокойной жизни, но вновь должен вернуться к битвам, защищая народ уже от сверхъестественных врагов.

Newcomers to the program include Iskander Zhandaulet, known as Iskander Adal, a Kazakh illustrator and graphic designer from Astana. Iskander presents his debut comic book QATYGEZ. This is the story of the first Kazakh anti-hero who declared war on injustice in society. The comic is illustrated in a dark and dark style to maintain an oppressive atmosphere and inspired by the stories of characters such as the Punisher, Max Payne and the Killer Jester.

В числе новичков программы - Искандер Жандаулет, известный как Iskander Adal, казахстанский иллюстратор и графический дизайнер из Астаны. Искандер презентует свой дебютный авторский комикс QATYGEZ. Это история о первом казахстанском антигерое, который объявил войну несправедливости в обществе. Комикс проиллюстрирован в мрачном и темном стиле для поддержания гнетущей атмосферы и вдохновлен историями таких персонажей, как Каратель, Макс Пейн и Шут-Убийца. 

The authors of their projects on the Alley also represent the AT Production team, a dubbing studio that has dubbed many of our favorite films and TV series in Kazakh. Among them are anime such as “Hell's Paradise” and “Reincarnation of the Unemployed.” And among the studio’s latest releases is the second season of “Magic War,” which is available in Kazakh dubbing.

Свои проекты на Аллее авторов также представит команда AT Production – студии дубляжа, озвучившей на казахский язык множество нашумевших фильмов и сериалов. Среди них такие аниме, как «Адский рай» и «Реинкарнация безработного». А в числе свежих релизов студии – второй сезон «Магической битвы», который доступен в дубляже на казахском языке.

 The studio’s plans after “Magic Struggle” include working on the series “The Boys” and “Avatar: The Last Airbender,” as well as the films “The Gentlemen” and the upcoming premiere of the long-awaited “Venom 3.” The most successful project of AT Production was the series One Piece, adapted by the major streaming service Netflix, which is available on the HDRezka website in Kazakh dubbing. It is worth noting that “Magic Battle” will also be released on HDRezka and others.

В планах у студии после «Магической битвы» – работа над сериалами «Пацаны» и «Аватар: Легенда об Аанге», а также над фильмами «Джентльмены» и предстоящей премьерой долгожданного «Веном 3». Наиболее успешным проектом AT Production стал сериал One Piece, адаптированный крупнейшим стриминговым сервисом Netflix, который доступен на сайте HDRezka в казахском дубляже. Another unusual debutant on the Authors Alley will be Akiba, a Kazakh anime clothing brand that is preparing to release an original comic book and plans to present it at the festival. The comic of the same name tells the gripping story of an ordinary guy who struggles with depression and difficulties in business. The main character's life changes when his consciousness is transferred to the body of his fictional comic book character Hiro.

Ещё одним необычным дебютантом на Аллее авторов станет Akiba — казахстанский бренд аниме-одежды, который готовит к выпуску авторский комикс и планирует представить его на фестивале. Комикс с одноименным названием рассказывает захватывающую историю обычного парня, который борется с депрессией и сложностями в бизнесе. Жизнь главного героя меняется, когда его сознание переносится в тело выдуманного им персонажа комиксов Хиро.

This work explores the theme of the intertwining of reality and fantasy, adding elements of mysticism and technological mysteries. The heroes of the comic develop their relationship, trying to figure out what is happening together, which contributes to their personal growth. Their friendship and cooperation lead to new discoveries and solutions.

Данная работа исследует тему переплетения реальности и фантазии, добавляя элементы мистики и технологических загадок. Герои комикса развивают свои отношения, пытаясь вместе разобраться в происходящем, что способствует их личностному росту. Их дружба и сотрудничество приводят к новым открытиям и решениям.

The project will also examine the topic of fighting internal demons and depression, the presence of the line between reality and fantasy, secrets and riddles associated with the transfer of consciousness.

Также проект рассмотрит тему борьбы с внутренними демонами и депрессией, наличие грани между реальностью и фантазией, тайны и загадки, связанные с переносом сознания.

The comic promises to be emotionally rich and exciting, combining elements of everyday life, mysticism and technological mysteries.

Комикс обещает быть эмоционально насыщенным и захватывающим, сочетая в себе элементы повседневной жизни, мистики и технологических загадок.
