Christophe Guillarmé Fall-Winter 2024 Collection «Mata Hari»

Christophe Guillarmé Fall-Winter 2024 Collection «Mata Hari»

Paris Fashion Week

For his Fall-Winter 2024 collection, French designer Christophe Guillarmé was inspired by the spy and cabaret artist Mata Hari, courtesan and dramatic muse of the Belle Époque, dancer with an orientalist tinge but also intriguing, her tragic and glamorous destiny is captivating. A glamazon like her contemporary Calamity Jane. Bronze & dark gold are declined on embroideries, messages are hidden in the embroidered patterns, map, latitude and longitude. Purple, navy, sienna and camel colors enhanced with burnt orange form an eclectic & ambivalent color range. A theatrical, burlesque & strangely wearable dressing room.
