Unprecedented scale will be the next season of Kazakhstan Fashion Week

The next season of the Kazakhstan Fashion Week will become unprecedented and will take place in 4 cities: Almaty (October 16-18), Shymkent (October 26, 27), Aktobe (November 6 and 7) and Astana (November 21 - 23). Impressions of the pret-a-porter collections of domestic and foreign designers traditionally start on the main site of the project - in Almaty and this time will be held at the one of the main sights of the Southern capital - in the Palace of the Republic.

Беспрецедентным по масштабу станет очередной сезон Казахстанской Недели моды и пройдет сразу в 4 городах: Алматы (16 – 18 октября), Шымкенте (26, 27 октября), Актобе (6 и 7 ноября) и Астане (21 – 23 ноября). Показы коллекций прет-а-порте отечественных и зарубежных дизайнеров по традиции стартуют на главной площадке проекта – в Алматы и на этот раз пройдут в стенах одной из главных достопримечательностей Южной столицы – во Дворце Республики.

As noted by one of the authors, General Producer of KFW Sayat Dosybayev: "Such a landmark platform as the Palace of the Republic for our flagship project in Almaty was not chosen by chance: KFW will give a start the main line of all subsequent shows of the season. As we have repeatedly said, the preparation for the Fashion Week is a colossal work of many people and services moving according to a plan that has been reconciled for years. We want our projects to be realized and shown to as many people as possible in Kazakhstan and abroad and are glad that everything turns out. We are sure that the renovated Palace of the Republic will create favorable conditions for holding the shows at the proper level, and as the main cultural site of the country will become hospitable for KFW visitors."

Как отмечает один из авторов, Генеральный продюсер KFW Саят Досыбаев: «Такая знаковая площадка как Дворец Республики для нашего флагманского проекта в Алматы избрана не случайно: именно здесь KFW даст начало и проложит магистральную линию всех последующих показов сезона. Как мы неоднократно говорили, подготовка к Неделе моды – это колоссальный труд множества людей и служб, двигающихся по выверенному годами плану. Мы хотим, чтоб наши проекты были реализованы и показаны как можно большему количеству людей в Казахстане и за его пределами и рады, что все получается. Уверены, обновленный Дворец Республики создаст благоприятные условия для проведения показов на должном уровне, и как главная культурная площадка страны станет гостеприимной для посетителей KFW».

"Many years ago, considering the development strategy of Kazakhstan Fashion Week and the fashion industry as a whole, we saw development of designers in the regions as one of the priority goals of the project, and today we can finally say that the task is being fulfilled. Our representatives in Shymkent, Aktobe and Astana are doing a great job in supporting Kazakhstan designers, providing an opportunity to show their work in the region and then traveling to Almaty to the main site of the country's fashion industry," said co-author KFW, Art- director Alexey Chzhen.

 «Много лет назад, продумывая стратегию развития Kazakhstan Fashion Week и индустрии моды в целом, одной из приоритетных целей проекта мы видели развитие дизайнеров в регионах, и сегодня, наконец, можем сказать, что задача выполняется. Наши представители в Шымкенте, Актобе и Астане проводят большую работу по поддержке казахстанских дизайнеров, предоставляя возможность показывать работы у себя в регионе, а затем, выезжая к нам в Алматы на главную площадку фешн-индустрии страны», - поддержал коллегу соавтор KFW, Арт-директор Алексей Чжен.

Meanwhile, it is noted that only in Almaty more than 20 collections of the spring-summer 2019 season are expected. For the first time, children's clothing lines will be presented to the guests, and the traditional show-room will become one of the largest for the history of the Kazakhstan Fashion Week. Also, the KFW program includes master classes for beginner fashion designers and fans of the fashion industry.

Между тем, отмечается, что только в Алматы ожидается более 20 показов коллекций сезона весна-лето 2019. Впервые в рамках проекта гостям будут представлены детские линейки одежды, а традиционный шоу-рум станет одним из самых масштабных за историю Казахстанской Недели моды. Также программа KFW предполагает мастер-классы для начинающих дизайнеров одежды и поклонников индустрии моды.
