The Eurasia RED team has been using the services of such recognized leaders in their fields as: Colliers, RRG, KPMG, Norton Rose and many others for many years. The project is being built with the support of the Almaty Akimat and the DAMU Foundation.” The second mall is expected to be even better, say the developers of the project. Zhanna Nalayeva, Kinopark-Kinoplexx network development director, said that the mall under construction will house the largest cinema in Kazakhstan - Kinoplexx 16 IMAX Halyk Bank, with an IMAX hall, the screen of which will be the largest in the CIS, with 16 halls and an area of 6700 square meters.

По словам Дмитрия Ревина, Председателя Союза девелоперов торговой недвижимости Республики Казахстан и совладельца моллов Апорт: «Для реализации проекта второго молла Aport East была приглашена международная компания MB architects с большим опытом работы в Центральной Азии. Проект строится при поддержке Акимата Алматы и фонда DAMU». Ожидается, что второй молл будет еще лучше, говорят разработчики проекта. Жанна Налаева, директор по развитию сети Kinopark-Kinoplexx рассказала, что в строящемся молле будет расположен самый масштабный кинотеатр в Казахстане - Kinoplexx 16 IMAX Halyk Bank, с IMAX залом, экран которого будет самым большим в СНГ, с 16-ю залами и площадью в 6700 квадратных метров.

Айгуль Астаева, управляющая комплексами Hawaii и Miami resort&spa, также поделилась новостями - в новом молле спроектированы крытый и открытый аквапарки с пляжами на 25 тысяч квадратных метров, внутри проекта расположится spa-центр площадью более 2000 кв м. с огромным разнообразием басаейнов и водных аттракционов для всей семьи, так как семья - была и останется целевой аудиторией комплексов. «Главное для нас, предоставить безопасный и комфортный отдых. Атмосфера тропического резорта в нашем городе. Также на территории молла планируется открыть отель для гостей нашего города» - прокомментировала Айгуль Кайргазиевна. Lifestyle концепция семейного отдыха, успешно внедряемая с 2011 года в первом молле Апорт, который стал локомотивом развития западной части Алматинской агломерации, будет использована и во втором молле Aport East на востоке города и подразумевает следующее распределение площадей проекта: 35% площадей проекта отдано под «умный отдых», 50% - под торговые площади и 15% - под времяпровождение, рестораны и услуги, с большой «зеленой» пешеходной зоной и парком активных развлечений.
