The Ritz-Carlton, Astana and Narxoz University Announce Cooperation

The Ritz-Carlton, Astana и Университет Нархоз объявили о сотрудничестве

General Director of The Ritz-Carlton, Astana Christoph Schleissing and President of Narxoz University Miras Daulenov announced the opening of a joint hospitality program.

Генеральный Директор отеля The Ritz-Carlton, Astana Кристоф Шляйссинг и президент Университета Нархоз Мирас Дауленов объявили об открытии совместной программы гостеприимства.

The goal of the program is to create a solid foundation of academic and practical knowledge for students and reach new heights in the field of hospitality in Kazakhstan. This format of cooperation between the industry and the higher educational institution will create the best conditions for realizing the potential of the younger generation. The dual program is aimed at improving the quality of training of qualified specialists, as well as promoting the development of professional skills and employment of graduates of the University.

Цель программы – создать прочную основу академических и практических знаний у студентов и достигнуть новых вершин в сфере гостеприимства Казахстана. Подобный формат сотрудничества индустрии и высшего учебного заведения позволит создать лучшие условия для реализации потенциала молодого поколения. Дуальная программа направлена на улучшение качества подготовки квалифицированных специалистов, а также на содействие развитию профессиональных навыков и трудоустройству выпускников Университета. 

The collaboration envisages a wide range of areas of collaboration between The Ritz-Carlton and Narxoz University. Among them - conducting classes and open lectures by leading industry experts, organizing professional practice for students, joint implementation of research, social and educational and educational projects, organizing and holding Open Days, Job Fairs, Career Days at the University and much more.

Сотрудничество предусматривает широкий спектр направлений сотрудничества между The Ritz-Carlton и Университетом Нархоз. Среди них — проведение ведущими экспертами индустрии занятий и открытых лекций, организация профессиональной практики для студентов, совместная реализация научно-исследовательских, социально-воспитательных и образовательных проектов, организация и проведение Дней открытых дверей, Ярмарок вакансий, Дней карьеры в Университете и многое другое.  

“The dual study program will allow students to gain hands-on experience in the restaurant and hospitality business. Thanks to her, students will be able to master international standards for the provision of hotel services, acquire professional skills and receive training from industry experts. Close integration of education and the labor market will provide the market with professional and trained future personnel”, said Christoph Schleissing. He also agreed to become a member of the Narxoz University Advisory Committee to create recommendations related to the management of employers' expectations in the development and promotion of educational programs.

“Дуальная программа обучения позволит студентам получить практический опыт в ресторанном деле и гостиничном бизнесе. Благодаря ей студенты смогут освоить международные стандарты предоставления гостиничных услуг, приобрести профессиональные навыки и пройти обучение у экспертов индустрии. Тесная интеграция образования и рынка труда позволит обеспечить рынок профессиональными и подготовленными будущими кадрами” - отметил Кристоф Шляйссинг. Он также согласился стать членом Advisory Committee Университета Нархоз для создания рекомендаций, связанных с управлением ожиданиями работодателей, при разработке и продвижении образовательных программ.
