NEWS: December 23-24 the first parade of platforms in Almaty and Kazakhstan will be held – «It's time for the parade»

Tele- and Instagram-reports from European fairs have done their job - in December you want a holiday! Festivals, fairs, sports, folk festivals - every year they become more and more and all the above requirements for entertainment among the citizens. But if you want to do well, do it yourself! Christmas tree, toys, costumes, festive decorations - this year Almaty citizens can try themselves in the city festive design!

И все выше требования к развлечениям у горожан. Но если хочешь сделать хорошо, сделай сам! Елка, игрушки, костюмы, праздничные декорации – в этом году алматинцы могут попробовать себя в городском праздничном дизайне!  

December 23-24 will be the first in Almaty and Kazakhstan city platform parade – «It's time to parade!». The organizers invite Almaty citizens and guests of the southern capital to take an active part in the #порапарада. For the most creative - costume contest. You can make a suit of cardboard, plastic bottles or cans, packages and plastic pipes - try to impress members of the jury from eco-communities and the company Kagazy Recycling! For the first place - a ticket to hot countries! If there is no time to manufacture the costume, make a mask, and if you prefer not to decorate yourself and the surrounding space, then you have a unique chance to decorate the city tree yourself! Do toys and bring to the square - the New Year mood is guaranteed! If you prefer useful crafts, you can make a house for your pet with the children. All houses will be shown at the parade, and then distributed to animal shelters in our city.

23-24 декабря пройдет первый в Алматы и в Казахстане городской парад платформ – «Пора парада!».  Организаторы приглашают алматинцев и гостей южной столицы принять активное участие в #порапарада.  Для самых креативных – конкурс костюмов. Можно сделать костюм из картона, пластиковых бутылок или жестяных банок, пакетов и пластиковых труб – попробуйте впечатлить  членов жюри из эко-сообществ  и компании Kagazy Recycling! За первое место – путевка  в жаркие страны! Если на производство костюма времени нет – сделайте маску, а если вы предпочитаете украшать не себя, а окружающее пространство, то вам выпал уникальный шанс самим нарядить городскую елку! Делайте игрушки и приносите на площадь – новогоднее настроение гарантировано! Если же вы предпочитаете полезные поделки, можно смастерить вместе с детьми домик для домашнего питомца. Все домики покажут на параде, а потом раздадут в приюты для животных нашего города.

With our own hands to change the city, with our own hands to fill the cultural space - this is the main idea of our parade of urban communities - active and not indifferent change the world for the better! Not everyone is ready to go right away to volunteer, personally to get involved in problems. We understand that such changes in the minds take time. But if it's not yet time for business, start with the crafts! Work for a common fun - it unites».

Директор фестиваля и креативного агентства Funk Майра Измайлова: «Мы  намеренно объявили хенд-мейд конкурсы! Своими руками менять город, своими руками наполнять культурное пространство – это главная идея нашего парада городских сообществ – активные и неравнодушные меняют мир к лучшему! Не все готовы сразу идти волонтерить, лично включаться в проблемы. Мы понимаем, что на такие изменения в головах нужно время.  Но если не пришло еще время дел, начните с поделок! Работа для общего веселья – она объединяет!».  

«It's time for the parade» is a joint project of the city Akimat, the Almaty Department of Tourism and External Relations and the creative agency FUNK, dedicated to the 26th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan and the 20th anniversary of the country's capital. Over the musical and design of the parade are independent architects, musicians, theater directors. The parade of platforms and futuristic costumes, the collective decoration of the most avant-garde tree with homemade toys, battles on cardboard swords, riding on carriages, quests, master classes ... In general, do not convey words, it is better to come and participate. «It's time for the parade» for Almaty citizens and guests of the city will begin on December 23 at 12 o'clock! The route of the solemn procession: from the Abai State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater - along Panfilov Street - to the square «Astana». The best holiday is a holiday made by own hands!  «Пора парада» – совместный проект Акимата города, Управления туризма и внешних связей Алматы и креативного агентства FUNK, посвященный 26-ой годовщине Независимости Казахстана и 20-летию столицы страны. Над музыкальным и дизайнерским оформлением парада работают независимые архитекторы, музыканты, театральные режиссеры.
