Guests of Ras al-Khaimah can go on an exciting journey on a traditional boat for pearling. The tour starts at a fishing village in Al Rams, where the guide will explain the importance of the shallow bay and the mangroves that protect it. He will tell about the brave fishermen, about the diving technique they once practiced, and will talk about the various tools that the fishermen took from the box called "bish-tah-tah". Then you will learn about the innovative scientific methods that are used in today's pearling and visit the Suwaidi Pearls Farm, located on a floating pontoon. At the end of the tour, visitors will be able to crack open the oysters to see if they hit the jackpot and find their very own Arabian pearl to take home and store in the treasury. The souvenir shop displays an exquisite collection of the finest pearls from Ras Al Khaimah.

Chef William Béquin and Pastry Chef Maxime Frédéric have created a menu inspired by the creative universe of artist Jeppe Hein created for Ruinart.
