It should be reminded that recently the editorial board of the news portal www.bonjournal.kz met Andrey Shlyahov, the owner of the animal rehabilitation center in the village of Bolek, to learn more about the fate of the zoo after moving to Esik city park in 2012.

Напомним, что недавно редакция новостного портала www.bonjournal.kz встретилась с Шляховым Андреем Степановичем, хозяином реабилитационного центра для животных в поселке Болек, чтобы узнать подробнее о судьбе зоопарка после переезда в 2012 году с городского парка Есика.

What was the main goal of establishing a rehabilitation center?

“I am a naval officer myself, I served nine years on a submarine. When I returned to my homeland, from the very beginning I said that I am a resident of Kazakhstan already in the 4th generation, and I, for my people, for my country, must do something, without chatter, because people are already tired of the promises of all. Or something will do a little, but they trumpet about the whole world.

Какова была основная цель создания реабилитационного центра?

— Сам я боевой морской офицер, 9 лет отслужил на подводной лодке. Когда я возвращался на Родину, с самого начала сказал, что я — житель Казахстана уже в 4 поколении, и я для своего народа, для своей Родины должен что-то сделать, без болтовни, потому что люди уже устали от обещаний всяких. Или что-то сделают маленькое, а об этом трубят на весь мир.

From the very beginning I said: "We will make a children's zoo, children - this is the future." Because the relationship of people in the market is one thing - one sells, the other buys. But there are special, spiritual places - a church or a mosque, where people go without a goal to enrich themselves or earn money, they purify their soul. I think that later, God will give us, when we make it to the end, people and children will also come here to communicate with the animal. The purpose and the task of our work is the knowledge of the animal kingdom of Kazakhstan. Studying your native land, falling in love with the nature of your native land, you involuntarily become a patriot; there is pride in the land where you live. Kazakhstan is a multinational state, and while we are all together, I think we can solve any problems and troubles. And for this it is absolutely necessary to create some conditions for society, especially for children, because they are our future.

С самого начала я сказал: «Мы сделаем детский зоопарк, дети — это будущее». Потому что взаимоотношения человеческие на базаре это одно – один продает, другой покупает. Но есть особые, духовные места – церковь или мечеть, куда люди идут без цели обогатиться или заработать, идут очистить свою душу. Я думаю, что в последующем, даст Бог, когда мы сделаем до конца, то сюда будут тоже приезжать люди и дети ради общения с животным. Цель и задача нашей работы – Познание животного мира Казахстана. Изучая родной край, влюбляясь в природу родного края, невольно становишься патриотом, т.е. появляется гордость за землю, где ты живешь. Казахстан у нас многонациональное государство, и пока мы все вместе, я думаю, любые вопросы и беды мы можем решить. И для этого обязательно надо какие-то условия создавать для общества, особенно для детей, т.к. они — наше будущее.

Therefore, on the territory of the zoo we made the Alley of Glory, lit the Eternal Flame. Thousands of people came, a great event we did, war veterans, labor came. We along the whole Avenue have placed shields indicating the most basic battles. How our Red Army repulsed the onslaught of the fascists. I reached Moscow, but before I reached it, there was Rzhev's direction, where about 7 million soldiers were killed, only to pull down the forces of the fascists, so that they could prepare for the counterattack near Moscow, the Pskov direction - millions of soldiers were killed! And no one has heard about them and does not know them, and somehow all this is silent.

Поэтому на территории зоопарка мы сделали Аллею славы, зажгли Вечный огонь. Тысячи людей пришли, большое мероприятие мы сделали, ветераны войны, труда пришли. Мы вдоль всей Аллеи разместили щиты с указанием самых основных битв. Как наша Красная армия отбивала натиск фашистов. Дошла до Москвы, но прежде чем дойти, было Ржевское направление, где около 7 млн солдат погибло, только для того чтобы стянуть силы фашистов, чтоб под Москвой успели приготовиться для контрудара, Псковское направление – миллионы солдат погибли! И никто про них не слышал и не знает, и как-то все это умалчивается.

And here, coming to our Alley, you see with your own eyes, thanks to which you could defeat fascism - thanks to the fact that all the states united. We all lived in one big country - the Soviet Union - and during the war - everything for the front is all for victory! The soldiers did the victory, but they were forged in the labor army, where they were undernourished, did not sleep, died of hunger, but only to send soldiers something to be able to fight and be provided - from the overcoat and ending with a piece of bread. And we won fascism! If our people, the multiethnic state of Kazakhstan, keep this principle to the end, then we will be invincible. Kazakhstan prosper and prosper!

А здесь, придя на нашу Аллею, воочию видишь, благодаря чему смогли победить фашизм – благодаря тому, что все государства объединились. Все мы жили в одной большой стране – Советском Союзе – и в период войны – все для фронта все и для победы! Победу делали солдаты на фронтах, а ковалась она в трудовой армии, где недоедали, недосыпали, умирали с голоду, но лишь бы солдатам что-то послать, чтобы они могли воевать и были обеспечены — начиная от шинели и заканчивая кусочком хлеба. И мы фашизм победили! Если наш народ, многонациональное государство Казахстан, этот принцип будет до конца держать, то мы будем непобедимы. Казахстану процветать и процветать!

I am very grateful to our President, because in the 1990s, indeed, a very large number went to the United States, Canada, Germany, France - all over the world fled. They proceeded from the fact that they are more developed and worthy of a better life. And you, who will remain in Kazakhstan, you will simply disappear in interethnic wars. All of them predicted this to us. But I am grateful to our President. He stood firmly at the helm. Never once has flared up such that on interethnic grounds disagreements have begun. We have survived all this, the society has not collapsed, but, on the contrary, rallied around our President. I would very much like to see the same strong society continue in the future, so that the trust was to the authorities, to the Akimat, to police officers, law enforcement agencies. Because in reality there are such errors that people no longer trust. God grant more good guys, experts, so that we feel that we are protected.

Я очень благодарен нашему Президенту, потому что в период 90-х годов, действительно, очень большое количество поехали в США, Канаду, Германию, Францию — по всему миру разбежались. Исходили из того, что они более развитые и достойны лучшей жизни. А вы, кто останетесь в Казахстане, вы просто пропадете в межнациональных войнах. Все они нам это предрекали. Но я благодарен нашему Президенту. Он твердо стоял у руля. Ни разу нигде не вспыхнуло такое, чтоб на межнациональной почве начались разборки. Мы это все пережили, общество не развалилось, а наоборот, сплотилось вокруг нашего Президента. Я бы очень хотел бы, чтобы такое же крепкое общество и было в дальнейшем, чтобы доверие было к власти, к Акимату, к сотрудникам милиции, силовых структур. Потому что в действительности есть такие погрешности, что люди уже не доверяют. Дай бог побольше хороших ребят, специалистов, чтобы мы чувствовали, что мы защищены.

Why is the existence of this Center important for you?

“A person must communicate with nature, because we must not forget that we are part of nature. Because if some part of nature is separated from it, then the entire ecosystem will be disrupted, and the consequences will be very serious. So you see that the younger generation is emotionally unbalanced. Many suicides and some sort of disassembly unnecessary, and in general crime began to overwhelm. Previously, we did not know what it was, we were not afraid of this bandit, we, the youth, were all sportsmen, but if he tarnished himself with a bad reputation, tried to avoid him, do not communicate with him. He was like an outcast of society, and today, unfortunately, they are not greeting the one who served honestly to the Motherland, but how many stayed and returned. These are the changes in Western ideology. For our society, such an ideology is simply unacceptable”.

Почему для Вас важно существование данного Центра?

— Человек должен общаться с природой, потому что мы не должны забывать, что мы — часть природы. Потому что если какая-то часть природы будет от нее отделена, то уже нарушится вся экосистема, а последствия будут очень серьезными. Вот вы видите, что молодое поколение оно неуравновешенное эмоционально. Много суицидов и какие-то разборки ненужные, и вообще преступность захлестывать стала. Раньше мы не знали, что это такое, мы этого бандита не боялись, мы, молодежь, все спортсменами были, но, если он себя запятнал плохой репутацией, старались его обходить, не общаться с ним. Он был как изгой общества, а сегодня, к сожалению, приветствуют не того, кто отслужил честно Родине, а сколько отсидел и вернулся. Вот это изменения западной идеологии. Для нашего общества такая идеология просто неприемлема.

“I said from the very beginning - let's create a club of pigeons for us. We created it in our own country, "City of Pigeons", t. we have the opportunity. In our collection of animals there are 75 breeds from all over the world, and, God willing, in due course we will make it very interesting and colorful. Then we will be able to unite the guys who will be interested in diving with interest. Our childhood and youth passed with this bird. We whistled, changed, communicated in the pigeon with each other, our eyes burned”.

Я с самого начала говорил – давайте создадим у нас клуб голубеводов. Мы создали его у себя, «Город голубей», т.к. мы имеем возможность. В нашей коллекции животных имеется 75 пород со всего мира, и, даст Бог, со временем сделаем, его очень интересным и красочным. Тогда мы сможем объединить ребят, которые с интересом будут заниматься голубеводством. Наше детство и юность прошла с этой птицей. Мы больше свистели, меняли, общались в голубятнике друг с другом, глаза горели.

And that he was happy with this bird. I'm glad that professionally engaged in pigeon breeding, but we do not need such a road either. The main thing is to unite the children so that the bird is available to everyone for maintenance, and that the children are engaged, some kind of responsibility is needed. At home, to keep, groomed and knew that someone was waiting for him after school to come - he gave water, fed, cleaned”.

Мы постоянно стараемся на территории нашего зоопарка проводить такие мероприятия, где голубеводы приезжают, не высшего конечно пилотажа. Я Алматинцев пытался несколько раз пригласить, они все отнекиваются, улыбаются. До улыбались, что сегодня единицы людей тех, кто занимается. Смысл то не в породе этого голубя, а чтобы ребенок увидел в голубе птицу, а не кусок мяса, которому надо оторвать голову на похлебку, или стрелять в него. А чтобы он радовался этой птице. Я рад, что профессионально занимаются голубеводством, но нам и такой дороги то не надо. Нам главное объединить ребятишек, чтобы птица была доступна для всех для содержания, и чтобы детишки занимались, ответственность какая-то нужна. Дома, чтобы держали, ухаживали и знали, что кто- то его дома ждет после учебы, чтобы он пришел — воды дал, покормил, почистил.

And we urge everyone to pay attention to the difficult situation in the zoo and to provide all possible assistance in creating conditions for the maintenance of animals and the development of this center, as well as the dissemination of this information to all interested persons. The management of the zoo hopes only for its own strength, but we believe that there will be people who are not indifferent to the fate of the zoo, the animals and the future of our children.
А мы призываем всех обратить внимание на сложную ситуацию в зоопарке и оказать посильную помощь в создании условий для содержания животных и развития этого центра, а также распространении этой информации для всех заинтересованных лиц. Руководство зоопарка надеется лишь на собственные силы, но мы верим, что найдутся люди, которым не безразлична судьба зоопарка, животных и будущее наших детей.
