On August 17, at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Almaty, within the framework of the grant program of the joint project EC / UNDP / UNECE «Support to Kazakhstan for the transition to a green economy model», a conference was held for NGOs «Experience in applying «green» technologies at the local level, Recommendations for their further replication». Representatives of UNDP, the Ministry of Agriculture, scientific organizations, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, international organizations and experts in the field of water resources management attended the conference.

17 августа, в отеле «Holiday Inn» в Алматы, в рамках грантовой программы совместного проекта EC/ПРООН/ЕЭК ООН «Поддержка Казахстана для перехода к модели зеленой экономики», прошла конференция для НПО «Опыт применения «зеленых» технологий на местном уровне, рекомендации по их дальнейшему тиражированию». В конференции приняли участие представители ПРООН, Министерства сельского хозяйства, научных организаций, частного сектора, неправительственных организаций, международных организаций и экспертов в области управления водными ресурсами.

The purpose of the conference was to provide a platform for the presentation of the use of «green» practices and technologies within the framework of the above project, demonstration of results, +/- implementation of various practices in different regions, and recommendations for their further replication.

Целью конференции являлась предоставление платформы для презентации использования «зеленых» практик и технологий в рамках вышеуказанного проекта, демонстрации результатов, +/- внедрения различных практик в различных регионах, а также рекомендации по их дальнейшему тиражированию.

One of the global of the world community is its sustainable development and economic growth. «Green» approaches in the economy are becoming increasingly important for improving the competitiveness of countries. The concept of transition to the Green Economy, adopted by Kazakhstan in May 2013, is aimed at diversifying the economy through responsible consumption of natural resources. One of the main ideas of the national strategy is the effective management of water resources. This goal was the basis for the launch of the project «Kazakhstan Support for the Transition to the Green Economy Model», which aims to support Kazakhstan in achieving long-term sustainable development through the country's transition to the «green economy» model . The project is funded by the European Union Mission in Kazakhstan and is implemented by the United Nations Development Program, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. The project was developed with the direct participation of the Water Resources Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The duration of the project is 2015 -2018.

Одной из глобальных целей мирового сообщества является его устойчивое развитие и экономический рост. «Зеленые» подходы в экономике становятся все более значимыми для повышения конкурентоспособности стран. Концепция по переходу к Зеленой Экономики, принятая Казахстаном в мае 2013 года, нацелена на диверсификацию экономики, через ответственное потребление природных ресурсов. Одной из основных идей национальной стратегии является эффективное управление водными ресурсами. Данная цель легла в основу запуска проекта «Поддержка Казахстана для перехода к модели Зеленой Экономики», который направлен на оказание поддержки Казахстану в достижении долгосрочного устойчивого развития посредством перехода страны к модели «зеленой экономики». Проект финансируется представительством Европейского Союза в Казахстане и реализуется Программой Развития ООН, Европейской Экономической Комиссией ООН. Проект был разработан при непосредственном участии Комитета Водных ресурсов Министерства Сельского Хозяйства Республики Казахстан. Длительность проекта 2015 -2018 года.

In the course of the above-mentioned project, the goal was set - to form and implement a portfolio of demonstration projects at the local level aimed at implementing effective methods and technologies for sustainable use of water resources by local communities. Thus, in 2015, within the framework of the grant program of the joint project EC / UNDP / UNECE «Support to Kazakhstan for the transition to the green economy model», more than 80 applications were accepted for consideration of the grant by the commission, in which representatives of the EU, UNDP, Business sector and experts. As a result, 14 NGOs were selected to implement projects in 8 regions of the country. The total budget was 600,000 euros for all projects. The conference summed up the results of the grant program, where 14 grantees presented their projects and its results.

В ходе вышеуказанного проекта была поставлена цель - сформировать и реализавать портфель демонстрационных проектов на местном уровне, направленных на внедрение эффективных методик и технологий по устойчивому использованию водных ресурсов местными сообществами. Таким образом в 2015 году в рамках грантовой программы совместного проекта EC/ПРООН/ЕЭК ООН «Поддержка Казахстана для перехода к модели зеленой экономики» было принято свыше 80 заявок для рассмотрения получения гранта комиссией, в которой принимали участие представители ЕС, ПРООН, государственных органов, бизнес сектора и эксперты. В итоге 14 НПО были выбраны для реализации проектов в 8 областях страны. Общий бюджет составил 600 000 евро на все проекты. На конференции были подведены итоги грантовой программы, где 14 грантополучателей представили свои проекты и его результаты.

Это еще раз подчеркивает перспективность таких технологий, в том числе, их коммерческую привлекательность».
