Kazakh dishes, European accent and Georgian hospitality

Nauryz, Novruz, Nooruz is a holiday of spring, spring renewal.
It is celebrated for more than five thousand years. Every year in mid-March, Asian festivities begin. In the houses of the family they gather for a rich dastarkhan, they prepare traditional festive dishes. On the eve of Nauryz, an unusual master class for Kazakh journalists and bloggers was launched, initiated by TM «Borjomi», which is considered to be an integral attribute of the holidays. Traditional Kazakh dishes with a European accent dared to cook a chef from Sweden - Edward Henschel, in the restaurant Craft Kitchen & Bar. The first dish in Edward's menu were baursaks. The cook named it – «Luxurious Baursak». Then the guests of the master class learned to prepare Nauryz kozhie with the addition of Georgian notes of taste.
Наурыз, Новруз, Нооруз – праздник весны, весеннего обновления. Его отмечают более пяти тысяч лет. Каждый год в середине марта в странах Азии начинаются массовые гуляния. В домах семьи собираются за богатым дастарханом, готовят традиционные праздничные блюда. В преддверии Наурыза был проведен необычный мастер-класс для казахстанских журналистов и блогеров, инициированный ТМ «Боржоми», которая по праву считается неотъемлемым атрибутом праздников. Традиционные казахские блюда с европейским акцентом рискнул приготовить шеф-повар из Швеции - Эдвард Хеншел, в ресторане Craft Kitchen & Bar. Первым блюдом в меню Эдварда были баурсаки. Повар назвал его – «Роскошный баурсак». Затем гости мастер-класса учились готовить Наурыз коже с добавлением грузинских нот вкуса.
