В Алматы назначены просто фантастические тренеры, это Daniel Landaburu и Javier Díaz-Aguado, последний очень известен среди болельщик клуба. Футбольные курсы Real Madrid Foundation в последние несколько лет с огромным успехом прошли на всех континентах земного шара, в частности США, Канаде, странах Европы, Японии и Китае и, наконец, в Казахстане. Это уникальное событие не только для нашей страны, но и для всего СНГ. Проект Real Madrid Foundation является социальным. Деньги от мероприятий за минусом расходов, пойдут на обучающие и благотворительные программы в стране и регионе, где проходят курсы. Кроме того, организатор курсов в Казахстане, Sport Events Management, предоставили несколько бесплатных мест детям из интернатов и детских домов. Курсы состоялись благодаря поддержке со стороны Фонда Н. Назарбаева и школы Мирас.
