The 2nd Almaty Film Festival-2019 opened for Almaty City Day. Guests and stars from Kazakhstan, Russia, Great Britain, Japan, Portugal, South Korea and other countries came to the southern capital. Traditionally, the festival kicked off with the opening ceremony and the red carpet, which were attended by Kazakhstani filmmakers, popular actors and actresses, foreign guests of the film festival, including the film crew of the opening film « Viy 2: Journey to China», which opened the film festival. More than 3,000 people came to support the idols - an incredible number of fans.

Ко Дню города Алматы открылся II Международный кинофестиваль Almaty Film Festival-2019. В южную столицу приехали гости и звёзды из Казахстана, России, Великобритании, Японии, Португалии, Южной Кореи и других стран. Традиционно фестиваль стартовал с торжественной церемонии открытия и красной дорожки, по которой прошли казахстанские кинематографисты, популярные актёры и актрисы, иностранные гости кинофестиваля, включая съёмочную группу фильма открытия «Тайна печати дракона: Путешествие в Китай», который открыл кинофестиваль. Поддержать кумиров пришло более 3 000 человек - невероятное количество поклонников.
