Oriental Fashion Show теперь в Милане

At its first show in Milan, the Oriental Fashion Show teamed up with the Monaco Chamber of Fashion and Monte Carlo Fashion Week to introduce oriental designers.

Milan, September 2021. The Oriental Fashion Show, the first and only international project dedicated to promoting oriental haute couture, born of the creative spirit of Hind Joudar, arrived on the Milano Moda Donna catwalk on September 21 at 17:00 in the luxurious setting of Palazzo Turati after a series of fashion shows in Dubai, Marrakech and Istanbul.

The Oriental Fashion Show in Milan is an event created in collaboration with the Fashion Chamber of Monaco, during which three famous designers, inspired by a rich oriental culture and having their roots there, had the opportunity to showcase their creations to an exceptional audience.

Special guest Jamal I Taslaq from Paestina, Zineb Joundy and Wafa Idrissi from Morocco are creators who in their collections express the quintessence of millennial culture, born from the ancient wisdom of artisans and embellished with this attention to luxury and glamor that constitutes an immense wealth to be conveyed.

Fascinated by haute couture, precious fabrics and artisan know-how since childhood, Palestinian designer Jamal I Taslaq chose Italy and its traditions to bring his mark of excellence to the boutique workshop on Via Vénétie in Rome. His exquisite creations, the protagonists of the AltaRoma catwalks, express the fusion of two cultures that permeate his work, and have conquered stars and kings around the world, including Queen Ranya of Jordan.

Morocco's brightest and most emotional is reflected in the designs of Zineb Joundy, a cosmopolitan Moroccan designer whose style was influenced by two distinguished mentors, Karl Lagerfeld and Lanvin. At the heart of his collections is the caftan, a classic garment open to new luxurious variations, rich colors and captivating hues, in which the traditional heritage from which it derives renews the spirit of this iconic garment again.

Beautiful and rebellious, Wafa Idrissi innovates in the field of caftan, adhering to the art and tradition of the skills of Moroccan craftsmen. Moroccan designer interprets a new oriental femininity. Designed for young and unconventional women, her caftans embody free creativity, in which her clients recognize themselves, in which the special taste for materials, style and elegance, embodied in their country of origin, matters.

The Oriental Fashion Show is a fashion event that is part of an avant-garde approach to fashion that aims to put each designer's diversity at the center of global reflection, exploring the fruitful fusion of different identities.
