In the boutique garden of the Dior boutique in Paris, 30 avenue Montaigne, they made a chic still life of the legendary Lady Dior handbags. One of them is made by the hand of Françoise Petrovich, a French artist who works in drawing and painting, as well as ceramics and video. The boutique was visited by our special correspondent in Paris, Aytan Mouradova.

Let me remind you that the legendary Lady Dior handbag made its debut on the hand of Lady Diana, Princess of Wales, starting from there on her extraordinary journey. This iconic creation of the Maison is reinvented in collections in a multitude of colours, sizes and always in exceptional materials. In September 1995, at the opening of the Paul Cézanne retrospective at the Grand Palais in Paris, the First Lady of France presented Lady Diana with an unreleased Dior bag, then called Chouchou. During an official visit to Argentina in November of that year, the princess appeared with a bag as she got off the plane in Buenos Aires. The accessory quickly became one of Lady Diana's favorite items. The architectural lines of Lady Dior are reimagined by Maria Grazia Chiuri in new colors and formats for the Dior Fall 2022 collection.
