Well-known nutritionist from Ukraine, Vice-President of the Association of Nutritionists Oksana Skitalinskaya arrived in Almaty for the first time, so that on March 9 in the Mukhtar Auezov Theater to conduct a seminar «Healthy Nutrition Formula». And before that, she met with journalists and bloggers in the city cafe Aroma and told how to keep healthy, keep youth, do not overstrain the body with «magic diets» and not get lost in healthy lifestyle recommendations.

«The fact that there is a fashion for healthy lifestyles is simply excellent, as a healthy lifestyle provides for a healthy diet and an increase in physical activity, and control over your emotional state (auto-training, meditation, special exercises). Many people are no longer only guided by the words «useful»and «harmful», but they read scientific articles, are interested in the mechanisms, the biochemistry of the effect of food on the body, that is, they approach the most consciously. After all, healthy lifestyle is not an end in itself, but a tool for living with good health, emotions, for realizing goals and dreams. That is, a person understands that by making an effort, changing the diet, adding more greens, rejecting sweets, taking time for daily physical activity, he will receive in return a beautiful healthy body, good mood (everything is connected), a decrease in the risk of a huge number of diseases and a chance for longer life», - Oksana Skitalinskaya told at the meeting with journalists, organized by Amway.

Oksana also spoke about the news in the world of science, about health and longevity, and also gave clear recommendations on nutrition. «One can «collect» information as much as necessary, but it will only «work» when we start doing something every day that will help us to be healthy as long as possible and live a full and fulfilling life», - the expert concluded.
