Chef`s Point

On December 12, 2021, the Chef`s Point event took place in the creative atmosphere of DOM 36. Chef`s Point is a completely new format of the event in Almaty, which allowed the best chefs to prove themselves, and the guests to be convinced of the professionalism of the chefs of our wonderful city. During the whole event, there was a cheerful, sincere, and the main delicious atmosphere.

12 декабря 2021 года в творческой атмосфере ДОМА 36 прошло мероприятие Chef`s Point. Chef`s Point — совершенно новый формат мероприятия в г. Алматы, который позволил лучшим шефам проявить себя, а гостям убедиться в профессионализме шеф-поваров нашего замечательного города. За время всего мероприятия была веселая, душевная, а главная вкусная атмосфера.

The organizers of the event were: Dmitry Lyapin - head of the organizing committee of the "Association of Wine Specialists of Kazakhstan", restaurateur and co-founder of the wine school "O, VINO!" And the wonderful Ksenia Kozyura is the author of the culinary blog "Ksenia Tvorit" and the thematic master classes "COOKING".

Организаторами мероприятия были: Дмитрий Ляпин – глава организационного комитета «Ассоциации Винных Специалистов Казахстана», ресторатор и со-основатель винной школы «О, ВИНО!». И прекрасная Ксения Козюра – автор кулинарного блога «Ксения творит» и тематических мастер классов «КУЛИНАРИЯ».

Each chef chose a country and prepared a special menu, which the guests of the festival purchased for the internal currency CHEFS COIN. Then an unexpected but pleasant surprise awaited the guests, “CHEF'S TALK” is a section where everyone could talk and ask questions of interest to the most unsurpassed chefs of Almaty.

Каждый шеф выбрал страну и приготовил special-меню, которое гости фестиваля приобретали за внутреннюю валюту CHEFS COIN. Далее гостей ждал неожиданный, но приятный сюрприз, «CHEF`S TALK» — это рубрика, где каждый желающий смог поговорить и задать интересующие вопросы самым непревзойденным шефам Алматы.

Festival chefs: Jeremy, Ivan Gordeev, Vadim Chetverikov, Evgeny Nazirov, Baga Deluxe, Max Masich, Ilya Struzhkin, Igor Ershov, Yulia Grosheva, Jeremy, Bastian. Chef bartenders of the Chef`s Point festival: Amirkhan Shukulov, Andrey Kolesnikov and Oleg Yakhnov.

Шеф-повара фестиваля: Jeremy, Иван Гордеев, Вадим Четвериков, Евгений Назиров, Бага Делюкс, Макс Масич, Илья Стружкин, Игорь Ершов, Юлия Грошева, Джереми, Бастиан. Шеф-бармены фестиваля Chef`s Point: Амирхан Шукулов, Андрей Колесников и Олег Яхнов.

The main partners were: Ecober - a technical partner of equipment in HoReCa, Bosch in the “Home Chef” category, AAS Food, METRO.

Главными партнерами выступили: Ecober - технический партнер оборудования в HoReCa, Bosch в категории “Домашний шеф-повар”, AAS Food, METRO.

In the evening, in a separate room for 24 people, a wonderful dinner was served for the guests who wanted it, which consisted of 5 dishes and specially for each dish, aromatic wines were selected. The right combination was chosen by the culinary guru: the chef of the restaurant "Le Bouchon", Jeremy and Artem Lebedev, the president of the "Association of Wine Specialists of Kazakhstan" and the co-owner of the wine school "O, VINO!".

Вечером для желающих гостей в отдельном зале, рассчитанным на 24 персон, был сервирован прекрасный ужин, который состоял из 5 подач блюд и специально к каждому блюду, были подобраны ароматные вина. Правильное сочетание подобрали гуру кулинарии: шеф ресторана „Le Bouchon“, Джереми и Артем Лебедев, президент «Ассоциации Винных Специалистов Казахстана» и со-владелец винной школы «О,ВИНО!».
