CROSSROADS Maldives is the only multi-island resort in the Maldives. Each of the three islands has its own concept, but they are united by a common idea and pedestrian bridges over the ocean. CROSSROADS pays special attention to sustainable development, conservation and enhancement of the unique marine ecosystem of the Maldives. The second educational center worth visiting is the Marine Discovery Center. Here, guests of all ages can learn more about conservation programs, coral reef conservation and breeding initiatives, visit the marine biology laboratory, participate in interactive activities - scuba diving with tuna, go snorkeling, see coral nurseries, explore the marine flora and fauna of the region.

For those who enjoy snorkeling and scuba diving on their own, CROSSROADS Maldives offers a house reef and the opportunity to learn how to dive. The PADI 5-Star Dive Center offers programs of all levels of difficulty, suitable for beginners and advanced divers. You can practice diving near the resort or by going to explore the marine reserves of South Male Atoll - Emboodhoo Kandu and Guraidhoo Kandu and its dive sites: Kandooma Thila reef is famous for its intricate grottoes, Emboodhoo Canyon - a cave in a breakaway reef and exotic fish, Guraidhoo Corner floating flocks eagle rays, tunas and barracudas, gray sharks and white-finned sharks. An interesting dive spot is located near the island of Hulule near the capital of the Maldives, Male, the place where the cargo ship Maldives Victory sank in 1981. The 80-meter ship rests on the ground at an incline at a depth of 35 meters and diving to it is already available to divers with an AOWD qualification, that is, with a certification level for recreational diving.

The Maldives Discovery Centre, the Maldives Marine Centre, and the Best Dives Watersports and Diving Center are located on the resort's main entertainment island, Marina @Crossroads. The centers are open daily from 9.00 to 18.00 for both hotel guests and resort guests arriving on the island to make good use of time in the event of a long wait for a flight or a flight delay. Due to the complex's convenient location close to Velana International Airport, a speedboat transfer to the island takes no more than 20 minutes.
